Amazing Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

2 small onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
2 (12 oz) cans tomato paste
8 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried crushed red pepper (I would half this because it was too hot for me the first time I made it)

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in Dutch Oven over medium heat for 10 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in diced tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 2 hours.

MAKE SURE TO LEAVE LID OFF OF POT TO ALLOW A LOT OF THE WATER TO EVAPORATE SO THE SAUCE WON'T BE TOO SOUPY.

Want good spaghetti. When you make the sauce sprinkle it with a generous amount of sweet basil, garlic and oregano. Put the sauce on very low heat and slice a couple of fresh tomatoes when it has cooked for a while. Put your spaghetti in boiling water for no longer than it takes to soften, about nine minutes should do it.

A little practice and you become a Chef.

SPAGHETTI ALFREDO

Ingredients:-

-1 lb spaghetti noodles
-1 can evaporated milk (Milnot works best)
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-2 tbsp Italian seasoning
-1 tbsp parsley
-1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
-1 stick of butter
-1 tsp salt

Method:-

1) Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
2) Drain and set aside.
3) On low heat melt butter.
4) Add milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and parsley.
5) Stir, keep a close eye on it because it will burn.
6) Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then add Parmesan cheese.
7) It should thicken up, if not add more Parmesan cheese.
8) According to your taste you might need more salt.
9) Take off heat and add your spaghetti, mix well.

Serve hot.

Chicken-Vegetable Spaghetti:

4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 zucchini, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16-ounce) package angel hair pasta, cooked
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Sauté chicken and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet until chicken is done. Add zucchini and onion, and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add olives and mushrooms, and sauté 1 minute.

Stir in tomato sauce and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.

Yield: 6 servings

BROWN HAMBURGER MEAT, DRAIN. ADD A JAR OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE THAT I LIKE, ADD STEWED TOMATOES AND A CAN OF HOT DOG CHILI [WAL MART BRAND]

START WATER TO BOIL. ADD A CAP FULL OFF OIL AND THEN PASTA. COOK UNTIL TENDER AND THEN DRAN.

MIX TOGETHER ADD COBYJACK CHEESE AND PARMESAN CHEESE AS LIKE.

go to wal mart get spahgetti and cook it on the stove thendrain the water and you will have spahgetti
