Till 2. Not free but very cheap ticket (the kid pay only taxes, etc.) till 2 years old. But he has no seat, if the plane is full he has to stay on some adult's lap.
After 2 he must have a ticket (and a seat) but with some discount, like 20-30% more or less.

children under two years can ride on a mother's lap without purchasing an additional seat.

BUT!!!

Please dont do this, it's not worth it. children are hurt too frequently by unexpected turbulence. No matter how much a mother loves her kid, she is simply not strong enough to hold on during severe turbulence. Children fly up or forward and hit their heads on the overhead baggage bins all the time. Flight crew members have even begun referring to them as "meat missiles"
