Unfortunately, I have done my own personal research. It is called being diagnosed. I was diagnosed 13 years ago. I did not have a clue what Bi-Polar was. I had a hard life, and had lots of things to deal with.Which caused lots of emotions. To make a long story short. I was put of all kinds of meds, labeled mentally ill.And came very never to losing my sanity.
I My mom and others in my life , including myself, realized I was worse than I ever was before this nightmare of, meds. psychiatrist,
and everything else that accompanies the "Mental Health World"
My life was out of control!
Before I had trouble sleeping, anxiety, lots of hurt and pain. Problems due to growing up with, and in traumatic circumstances. Any way I started researching this whole Bi-Polar thing and I don't even have the gene for Bi-Polar, it does not run in my family. I stopped the Meds, slowly, very slowly.
I feel better than ever in every respect.
They diagnose people to quickly, and put them on these mind altering drug, without knowing everything! My advice is Be Careful. Have someone with you if you seek help, and be informed.
