Try the Souper Soup Diet (a version of the Cabbage Soup Diet) at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 12 lbs since last Monday. (and exercise)

or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!

If you want to burn fat, then amp up the cardio, to develop the muscle underneath, do light weights (5-8 lbs for girls). Eat balanced meals, plenty of colors in your choices of fruits and veggies and lean meats and whole grains. Good luck. Healthfully speaking the rate of loss past your first or second week (where you could lose 5-10 just from water weight) is 1-2 lbs per week. Any more than that becomes dangerous.

Thats unrealistic and cant be healthy for you to lose that much weight in such a short length of time. Try aeorobic excercise to lose and tone your muscles with light weights. Eat regulalry but im moderation, cut out unnecceary carbs and trans fats like fast food. Fish and chicken are good ways to go. Fruits and vegetables would be good for vitamins and minerals and a natural source of sugar. But everything in moderation, 20 lbs wouls probably take anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 months.

Yes, you can, but if you go back to eating regular foods, you would probably gain it back. Also, a good way to lose it, is to have a Slim Fast for breakfast and lunch and then have like a Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine for dinner. You could lose alot by doing that.

Thats an unhealthy amount to lose in such a short time. You should consult with a dietitian before you try anything

I would suggest seeing a dietitian or nutritionist. Then an English teacher.
