Of course we can say God Bless You. It's not like the Other God we secretly pray to is going to get upset. In English, I say Bless you, or Gesundheit. In Swedish, we say Prosit ('pro sit' in Latin for "may it become").
It actually seems a bit rare to say something in your own language when someone sneezes...

No need to worry, I've never met a real atheist. They all sit home in front of their computers bashing Christians. They are reclusive and don't venture out much.

I don't say anything. I don't say God Bless you to anyone. I just say, "sorry" and move on from there. I'm not all superstitious like that.
