you can ask what you want but if the computer picks up anything in the first few letters it blocks the question

I think your getting mixed up with the recognition feature that puts up other questions when you start to type your own question in...
If some else has asked a similar question it just notifys you...
I asked a question the other day that had been asked over a dozen times before and it still got published.

I'm sure all the questions get through..i think people report others and thats why it gets blocked.
