First of all set the burner on medium heat. Add enough oil or cooking spray to make sure the Eggs don't stick. Drop in the Eggs gently and as soon as they become solid enough to flip over, do it. Just cook the other side for 10 seconds and you will have over easy eggs.

Alternative: Put the burner on high heat and ditto with the oil. (same) Drop in the eggs that should sizzle immediately and wait ten seconds and then flip them. Voila! Over easy eggs, Now wasn't that easy.

Put a TB of butter in a skillet to melt on Med heat. Crack egg gently in center of skillet, not breaking the yolk. When the Whites of the egg are no longer clear, add a TB of water and put a lid on the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Carefully slide the egg out of the pan.

Simple, medium heat, melt butter in frying pan, when it is melted an sizzling, break an egg open and onto butter. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes, carefully flip it over and cook for one more minute. Some eggs cook faster or slower depending on the range. DO NOT BREAK YOLK!

Crack them in a special egg-cooker and stick them in the microwave for a few minutes. You can easily get one for a few dollars at basically any store.

Or hard-boil them on the stove.
