Does it leave the empty case in the chamber? Or does it let go of the case and leave it on top of the next round it tries to feed?

Has it done this since you first got it or did it just start and how many rounds have you had through it?

email me so we can discuss this better.

I hate the a million-8 twist for something that may not a varminter ot an prolonged variety rifle. It great stabilizes the bullet, yet hates easy weight ammo. My famous is the a million-10 which permits you to apply easy or heavy bullets. on the fifty 5 grain it helps it to tumble after getting right into a torso 2-4" yet will nonetheless stabilize the heavier bullets sufficient to furnish first rate accuracy besides. sturdy success and shoot secure

I had similar issues with my Bushmaster M17S, I sent it back to the factory for warranty service, you should do the same thing if your firearm is still under warranty service.
