Baking some fish makes it dried out. What is good is to get a piece of aluminum foil and put the fish in there with whatever seasonings you want on it.....cover it up and bake it on 350 until flaky. Yum Yum Yum.

Absolutely - 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes. I would spray the dish and use a mixture of melted butter, lemon juice, garlic salt, pinch of dill and pepper to baste 15 minutes in. Hope this helps!

Poach it in lemon water until white and flaky. Add salt and pepper to taste. I like soy sauce on mine, served on rice with a nice cool salad with vinaigrette dressing. White wine. Ginger cookies. Ahhh.

place on foil and season. lemon pepper and garlic and butter. place in preheated oven 350 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. you can check to see if done by taking a fork and if the fish is flaky its done.
Good luck.

Do you have a toaster oven? If so, that would be your best bet so you dont have to heat a large oven for one piece of fish. I like to put butter, lemon pepper seasoning and a slice of lemon on top and then broil for a couple of minutes per side.
