You would really need to tell us what "breed" your dog is, for anyone to answer your question.
I'll try and help here though and say that a puppy of 6 months is, on average, about 75% of their fully mature weight (my vet told me this).
For example, my dog is 6 months. She is about 12 pounds. That would mean that when my dog is fully mature, she would be around 16 pounds.

It all depends on his/her breed type. I recommend taking your little one to a veterinary hospital and have him/her checked. They would be able to give you an estimate. All breeds have certain weight ranges so it is hard telling how much it will weigh even if you describe your little one to be small to medium in size. But your local vet should be able to tell you. A dog's healthy weight is when there is a thin layer of fat over the ribs. You can feel the ribs but not see them when you look at the dog.

2-10lbs depending on breed and genetics
My dog was naturally super tiny, and was only about 1lb when she was 6 months

~~~depends on what breed of dog,,,could be anywhere from 15 to 30 pounds mabey even 50,,,just depends what type of dog ,,,,
