Fly your flag with Pride. I may not say a pledge to your flag but I will accept it. If it makes you feel better and to feel like you have brought a piece of your homeland with you...................... Fly your flag

I have German heritage..... I don't fly the German flag. I wasn't born in Germany.... I was born in America and I am an American citizen. I only fly the American flag. Because that's where my allegiance lies. It does not lie with a foreign country that my ancestors came from.
Fly the mexican flag for all i care.... it means nothing in this country, it's not even your flag. But i would hope you don't call yourself American while doing so. This country has room for only one flag. Stars and Stripes baby!

Sorry to Disagree but, I think the only flag that should Fly over American Soil other than State Flags is the Red, White, and Blue. You say a flag is just a flag. Well I see Americas Flag as a Symbol of Freedom, Strength, and Honor. To fly another nations flag on American Soil is a Slap in the face to those who have gave there all for America. You wanna fly a flag from another country COOL Do it there not here.

You fly your flag, I'll fly mine. I'm a Southern American of German Heritage. You'll be glad to know my Confederate Battle Flag, Confederate National Flag, and Nazi Swastika all fly proudly at my house.

Their is only room for one flag the that is the flag of the United
States, you are on U.S. soil not Mexican soil, even the Europeans are very touche on the subject every Nation is proud of their countries flag, why don't you try flying the American flag in Mexico and see how far you get, they don't like it either, why do people have to be so stupid on this subject, this is America not Mexico, It has nothing to do with Mexican pride, or your home land, if I lived in Mexico and made my home their and worked their I would not fly the American flag. You can't be that dense to not understand the difference, American soil, American flag. And if you were born here in the U.S. you have no connection with Mexico, America is your home land, if you were born in Mexico then Mexico would be your home land. I was born here also, I have no connection with Europe or England, they are not my home land, where you are born is your home land.

In America, the red, white and blue should fly. In Mexico, the Mexican flag and in Canada, the Canadian flag.

Bravo!
I agree that the flag (in this case the USA) should always fly first & highest.....but one should never forget where they came from.
You and millions of immigrants chose to come to the USA. You chose to make this your home....be proud of it, honour it and always be true to it! But you left a home that you will always love. Don't forget where you come from and be proud of your heritage!
Viva La Difference and Viva Wherever You Came From!

One country , one flag ... We all come from different backgrounds but we must all come together. This can not happen when we have people holding their loyalty to other nations. The same thing can be said about immigrants not trying to assimilate into our culture, and refusing to learn English...
