Well for starters when you vomit all the time the acid in your stomach starts to eat away at your gums and can make your teeth decay eventually no matter how much you may brush your teeth my friend actually died last year because she lost her battle with the disease. From the maltrution your body isn't able to absorb any nutrients and your heart works overtime and eventually gives out like it did to my friend of 12 years. If you value your life any I would suggest a healthy diet and exercise yeah I know I sound like a health nut but it is the truth eating disorders KILL people it has more affects on the heart and body than people know. Good Luck

Bulimia nervosa, more commonly known as bulimia, is an eating disorder. It is a psychological condition in which the person engages in recurrent binge eating followed by an intentional purging. This purging is done in order to compensate for the excessive intake of the food and to prevent weight gain.
Consequences of bulimia nervosa:
Malnutrition
Dehydration
Electrolyte imbalance
Hyponatremia
Damaging of the voice
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
Teeth erosion and cavities, gum disease
salivary gland swelling
Esophageal reflux
Irritation, inflammation, and possible rupture of the esophagus
Peptic ulcers and pancreatitis
Emetic toxicity due to ipecac abuse
Swelling of the face and cheeks, especially apparent in the lower eyelids due to the high pressure of blood in the face during vomiting.
Callused or bruised fingers
Dry or brittle skin, hair, and nails, or hair loss
Lanugo
Edema
Muscle atrophy
Decreased or increased bowel activity
Crohn's Disease
Low blood pressure, hypotension or High blood pressure,
Iron deficiency, anemia
Hormonal imbalances
Hyperactivity
Depression
Insomnia
Amenorrhea
Infertility
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
High risk pregnancy, miscarriage, still-born babies
Diabetes
Elevated blood sugar or hyperglycemia
Ketoacidosis
Osteoporosis
Arthritis
Weakness and fatigue
Cancer of the throat or voice box
Liver failure
Kidney infection and failure
Heart failure, heart arrhythmia, angina
Seizure
Paralysis
Potentially death caused by heart attack or heart failure; lung collapse; internal bleeding, stroke, kidney failure, liver failure; pancreatitis, gastric rupture, perforated ulcer, depression and suicide.
I hope it is enough not to consider even trying.

I'm glad you noticed a response and decided not to go with this... but seriously, how sad is this world when people are actually considering becoming bulimic to lose weight.. you know she got that from all of her friends talking about it probably... so sad...

Malnurishment is one thing. The acid will cause severe damage to your teeth. You could develop ulcers. When you are 30+, your health will not be repairable.... If you live that long. I suffered severe eating disorders as a teen I am paying for it now (I am 35) If you want to lose weight, there are much better ways

because it is a substitute for mental health. Secondly the acid from your stomach will erode your esophogus over time and definately increase your chance for cancer. Not to mention the lack of vitamins to your body.

Because: your teeth rot, your heart gets weaker and u can die from a stroke, your digestive system is screwed, your esophagus gets irritated by the acids in the vomit, and then you'll puke automatically.. eventually it can lead to death. Oh... and you can smell nasty too

It's bad to have any disease. And it's kind of ironic that people would inflict diseases upon themselves which is why bulimics have less sympathy and grace.

1- when you induce vomit you bring up stomach acid which erodes the enamel from your teeth. then they go black and fall out
2 - without enough nutrients you end up with terrible skin and you become prone to infections
3 - you can die

It is bad because you can die from it. If you don't die you can damage your internal organs. Please seek counseling so you don't do something so damaging to yourself and your friends and family. Exercise and diet are the real key to looking your best.
