I am confused with your question. First of all, you said god, not God. There is a difference. god could be money, materialism, idols, etc. Satan is considered god, not God. Capital G = Almighty God. Specificity is key.
Now, with your question. Why would God need these things. The people of nations need these things. Sorry to spoil the party, but you are not going to Heaven, so there is no need to worry. Heaven is the location of God's Kingdom, or government. Why would God need cops in heaven if he is Almighty? People think that heaven will be a party zone, where you kick off your shoes, eat grapes under the AC and talk to God. It don't work that way. 2Peter 3:13 says how God will make a "new earth." If God created this earth for it to be inhabited, why would he go away from his purpose. Would God lie? Revelation speaks about who will go to heaven, how many and what will those people do up there. If you have a religious leader, ask him about heaven and make him use his Bible and prove his point.

If you think of all the cool things here on earth are good, get to heaven.
There has not been one thought in this world, or one dream, that will ever come close to what God has prepared to those who make it past this world into his grace.

my impreesion is there are no cars nor need, no food, nor drink, music plays all the time, everyone knows everyone and there is no rejection the work day is never ending, and although one does not eat there is an open buffet continually, since there is no need there are no malls, and since you can fly no one skates, no cops, no fashion police, and ecstacy is free and everywhere.
