ice, lots of OJ or Orange Pineapple juice, and frozen berries. I sometimes add some kind of berry yogurt to make it thicker.

Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

There are PLENTY of great smoothies you can make without an official recepie. Just put fruit and sherbert, and maybe some ice in a blender, and wa-la! Instant smootie.

Banana-Berry Smoothie:

Prep: 5 min. Freeze leftover fruit to use in shakes, smoothies, or any blended treat.

1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3 cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup honey

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Yield: Makes about 5 cups (serving size: 1 cup)

Sweet fresh mango slices, 1/2 banana, ice, fresh or can pineapple chunks, any juice such as-pineapple , papaya, orange
blend with crushed ice

WE GOT OURS FROM YOPLAIT !
WE JUST TAKE THE VANILLA YOGURT AND ADD STRAWBERRY PERSERVES AND A LITTLE BIT OF JUICE! WE USUALLY USE THE STRAWBERRY/APPLE JUICE.. OR ORANGE JUICE AND THE MARMALADE!
