I have gone there. It IS quite expensive and I felt a little bit nickeled and dimed as I went along- they kept asking for more money for this and that. The majority or food you eat is your own but they do sell you these high protein bars to eat as snacks that really help control hunger. That said, I did like it though. I did it until I got pregnant and lost about 12 pounds and now I need to go back to lose all my pregnancy weight... :)

If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs

It's cool. Expensive but cool. My mom did Awesome with this program and she is soo skinny now!! It really does work if you stick with it.
