Apparently, the largest number of Miss World winners have come from the former Yugoslavia. I went there a few years back and I have to say, even as a hetero female, that the women were absolutely stunning. They're also some of the tallest women in the world on average.

Why? Because in the US we have a sampling of every ethnic group in the world and every single group have beautiful people...
Be less worried about the beauty on the outside though and more concerned about finding inner beauty. That too comes in every color.

i'd say INDIA you got all types of good looking people that come from there,
I don't like to look at people the way you look at them-what you see is what you get.if you like what you looking at it don't matter realy so long as them good looking people have there nose's straight,not in the air,they won't know what hit them in the chin from the front.
if look's could kill i'd be long gone forgotten.

From my very unscientific study of visiting amsterdam for a week. I would say that Dutch women are the hottest i have seen. and tall too!
