Ok so theres this guy at school that I asked out last year and he said no becouse he didnt really know me(it was around christmas). this year we have a class together and it seems like he is always stairing at me. Its not a nervous stare where when we make eyecontact he looks away he just sits there and looks into my eyes. We must make eyecontact like 20 times during a 45 min period. Should I talk to him? Does this mean he likes me? Hes shy and sometimes Im shy so idk.. I kinda like him hes smart and nice and hes pretty hot too. What should I do!?!?

Go for it! If the guy is gauking at you, you've obvioulsy got something he desires. Strike up a conversation with him and if he sounds or looks taken aback just tell him you couldn't help but notice him looking at you all the time. Ask him if maybe he'd like to go get a coffee or pizza after school or something (if either of you can drive yet). Move slow, get to know him before you ask him to be your boyfiend.
