I will spell it out for you.

You can not owe on the car.

You can not have used the car as colateral on a loan.

You can not have totalled the car and kept it as a salvage vehicle, (worth $600 or less).

You can not have rebuilt the car from a salvage vehicle.

You can not have the car in an impound.

You can have tickets.

The title must be in your name and your name alone, or both people have to be present to sign the title at the point of sale.

That is everything. Clean just means free of attachments.

It means that the car has had all the liens paid for if it has ever been financed and that it is ready to be sold. It only means that the car has not been totaled by an insurance company for wreck or flood or stolen. It DOES NOT MEAN that it has not been in an accident. That will take a carfax and still the car could have been repaired and not show up.

A sparkling identify does not propose that the vehicle has by no skill been in any accident. It skill that it has by no skill been in a significant accident that required salvage or finished rebuilt. and no liens. The identify is "sparkling" of those significant concerns. Salvage identify autos could be magnificent buys. I even have bought 2 devoid of regrets, notwithstanding! its continually client pay attention!
