what is the best way to get a guys attention over the phone.Ive already kissed him and i know he likes me but hes either playing hard to get or he doesn't like me but im sure he does cos he stopped me on the street a couple of days ago.guys pls help

Call him, tell him that your'e interested and that for one time only he has the chance to get together with you and your'e not gonna give him a second chance. If he says he's not interested move on. You need to ask him out right. Good luck...
