I am new to London. Can you tell me good places to go to meet people?

Preferably ladies? And I do not mean one nighters and all that stuff. I mean a place where people are not very snooty and stuck up, and people just want to have some drinks and relax.

There is this nice place call Ronald's its a very nice place to go. It is not like a wild party. Its very relaxed and there are lots of women.
