Well, I am making T-Bone steaks, potatos, and a broccoli/cauliflower mix. I am probably making some garlic cheese biscuits to go with it. Mmmm..now I am hungry.

Chicken Spaghetti with a Mexican twist:
1 lb angel hair pasta cooked/drained
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
2 cans Rotel diced tomatos with chilis drained
2/3 of a 2 lb block of Velveeta
cook the angel hair pasta according to the package directions
in the meantime, cook the chicken in a skillet. I like to use Tyson pre cut diced chicken breast pieces in a 1 lb bag. I add a little sprinkling of Fajita chicken seasoning.
in a seperate 2 qt. pot or casserole combine the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, Rotel, and Velveeta. either microwave it or heat it on the stove until it's all melted together.
after all the ingredients are boiled, cooked, and melted mix it all together in a big pot and enjoy.
hope you like it. this recipe is enough for a man with a big appetite, a woman with a regular appetite, and a small child to eat, be full, and have leftovers for a couple more meals.
