I cook mine for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

They are pretty good that way.

Usually for about 15-20 minutes on 450 degrees, preheat oven first.

It depends on the thickness of the meat. For regular 1" thick meat I would say at about 375 to 400 for around 20 to 25 mins, or until golden brown for thorough cooking.
