Activity points can be used two ways. One, you can eat them as more points and have an actual expected effect of 0, or you simply eat your regular points and your activity will most likely result in extra weight loss.

Be aware that it takes quite a lot of activity to get many activity points. It is best to do the activity and get the muscle tone effect and not worry about the extra food points.

activity points work depending on your weight and the level of activity. If you weigh 150 pounds and do 20 mins of moderate activity then you would get 2 points...if you weight 200 pounds and 20 minutes of moderate your going to get more points probably 4. Sorry I don't have the card in front of me so I am going off my head.

I used to figure every 20 minutes of pretty moderate exercise =1 point. I undershot it but figured that would work out better. I lost all my baby weight in less than 3 months. Good Luck I think WW is awesome.

There is a point value assigned to each portion of food. You are given a certain number of points to eat per day. once you have used all your points you don't eat any more the rest of your day.
Most veggies are 0 points so you fill up on those instead of the junk. That is one way you can do it.. The other one is Flex plan. If you eat the foods that are on the approved list then you don't count those points. However if you eat the other stuff that has points assigned to it then you subtract from the 35 points you are allowed for the whole week. I prefer the daily point method instead.
