How many stalks of celery do I need to get 5 cups of fine cut celery>?

Need to know how much celery,cut fine do I need to make five cups for chicken salad?

About 2.5 (becaus half a stalk of celery cut up will get you about a cup of celery for chicken salad). One bag from a store should be plenty... or even a bag of celery hearts would work too.
