Ok so I found the product key on the bottom of the computer, its the only product key I got (no disks or anything like that), I enter it and it doesn't work, i know its right, and they don't give you another option. This is really retarded, I start class tomorrow and need this program

Are you sure its the product key for works ? often the key left stuck on the computer is the key for the o/s .....if you are sure then ........make sure that you have the caps lock on and any O are noughts and not zeros as it makes a difference

Try calling the store you bought it from, they'll probably open a new one and give you a differant code.

Did you purchase it yourself, or was it "bundled" with your computer?
