Even if you go to a trainer they're going to tell you how to do it. Not do it for you. So, I got some sites together that can tell you how. The ones with an astrix (*) by them mean they're good. As you finish reading them, you'll see that they have just about the same methods as any trainer will tell you. They won't train it for you. Unless you go to a place to board your puppy who will housebreak it for you for about $1000- $2000.

The best (and cheapest) way is to take your own dog to training classes at your local AKC recognized obedience club. The trainers are MUCH better than anyone you will find at a pet store!

These are the books that I recommend to my students; you can get them on Amazon.com

Also, watch the Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic Channel. Cesar Millan is the best trainer I've ever seen on TV.

Cheap is not always the best, look for a good obedience club and take a class.
I would stay away from Petsmart and Petco, most of their trainers have no business trying to teach training of any kind.

just a tip don't go to petsmart they are not properly trained. they watch a video and automatically think they are dog trainers. do some research and find a reputable place in your area. sometimes humane society gives free dog training lessons.

Here, there is a Dog Training Internview, where talk about how to choose a dog training, etc, etc.

Look on your local vets notice board, these are full of adds offering training course, or try at your local petshop you find that most petshops will be-able to inform you of local training courses available for puppies /dogs.
Another way is to search on the web for your nearest one.

cheep:
Verb - To chirp; peep.
Noun- A faint, shrill sound like that of a young bird;
So why would you want your puppy to chirp? you don't like dogs and puppies that bark ? Maybe you have a bird that barks already, right??

At home.
With the plethora of information on the Internet, most training can be done at home, you just have to educate yourself.

Petco/Petsmart often have basic obedience classes available for a reasonable fee
