Cup of Chamomile Tea, and meditation for about 20 minutes. Then I watch TV for about half hour.

I'm not working at the moment.
When I did work - and it could be very hard work, I'd go home and have 3 stiff ones. 2 of them were alcoholic.........

I usually read for hours on end when i get home or crash onto the lounge and sleep or watch TV till i'm bored! :D
