Does anyone have a list of pharmacy terminology abbreviations?

# prn (pro re nata) means "as needed"
# q 3 h (quaque 3 hora) means "every 3 hours"
# qd (quaque die) means "every day"
# qid (quater in die) means "4 times a day"

However, I had trouble getting the pharmacy abbreviations.
You need to include the abbreviations in question in Extra Details to this question. You don't need to say what medications you are taking or who is taking them only include the abbreviated words you can't understand.

My list of pharmacy abbreviations runs to 3 pages so I need a specific term to look up.
