No. (I am assuming you mean to get UK channels). We are US military that just came back from living in the UK. We had to buy a new over there, but you can get "international" tv's and then they will work when you bring them back to the US.

Yes. You can purchase an AC converter so your plug matches the ones in the UK. Make sure the converter is North American 120V AC standard. A good place I know is The Source or Radio Shack, whatever it's called now.

UK and Europe use the PAL system, and the US uses NTSC. They are not compatible. Even if you get a voltage converter, the set would not be able to receive any channels in the UK.
