Yes, you absolutely can.
Because of the way your head is held onto your shoulders, it would be best if you lie down when you do it. You may want to confer with your physician first though...

once you've a liquid crystal exhibit hdtv, there'll be no "burn in". once you've a plasma hdtv, there would nicely be some subject matters in case you watch widescreen plenty. it isn't burn in although. shop in ideas, at the same time as the exhibit on the plasma is black, which skill the pixels are not to any extent further being lit. the precedence is that the phosphors contained in the pixels placed on out through the years and change into extra dim. so in case you watch widescreen with black bars each and each of the time, all of those pixels are not to any extent further getting used. so the pixels contained in the approach the television will change right into a lot less bright through the years and the pixels contained in the black section ought to likely be brighter, providing you with a photo it really isn't any longer uniform in brightness. plasma's are transforming into extra ideal through the years with exhibit toughness, and now very last an regularly happening of 100,000 hours earlier the exhibit is 50% a lot less bright, which skill there remains some existence left. and at one hundred thousand hours, you should visual exhibit unit 8 hours an afternoon for decades earlier again its only 0.5 as bright. I have a panasonic plasma and prefer it. i will commonly zoom the picture in some to stay away from the black bars for this reason, yet somewhat there shouldnt be any problem those days with plasma's. many generations in the past you should likely see a distinction after sometime yet i doubt you'll have any subject matters with you television.
