ok my question is . how do you know if he stills has feelings for you or likes you even though he tells his friends that he doesnt want anything to do with you ?

If he "doesn't want anything to do with you," that's probably a pretty good sign that whatever feelings he has towards you aren't good.
Sorry, hon, sounds like a big fat no. Cut your losses and move on.

If he tells his friends that, then he's not worth having around. He obviously has no respect for you, so why would you care if he still likes you or not? Move on and find someone worth caring about ...if you persist in trying to find out if he still likes you, you'll just end up looking like a fool or a stalker since he's told everyone he's over it

Ask him...if you are comfortoble with that. That is the best way to find out. The worst that can happen is for him to say "No" right? would that be ok with you? But be bold and ask!

get him alone and just ask him.
don't do it with his friends around do it when you are alone.
then live with what he tells you.
