Baby: Formula, baby cereal, juice
Toddler: Milk, egss, cheese, cereal, juice
When they are older: Same as above, peanut butter, tuna fish
Once they are 5 they are no longer covered under WIC
A pregnant woman or nursing mother will recieve milk, eggs, cheese, cereal, juice, peanut butter and tuna.
The free produce depends on state. The one where I live does not offer programs for produce. Talk to your local WIC office about any programs they have pertaining to money for fruits and veggies.

They give the same stuff that you got if you had WIC while you were pregnant. Milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, peanut butter or beans, etc.

WIC provides regular milk, juices, cereal, peanut butter,or beans, cheese, until the child is 5 yrs. old. i love WIC !!!!

When your baby gets off formula they give you the whole milk your baby will need and cheese and eggs and juice things of that nature.

my daughter gets 1 and 1/2 gallon of milk, 2 lbs of cheese, 36 oz of cereal, like 6 frozen juices, and 2 dozen eggs.

they offer eggs cereal milk cheese peanut butter tuna fish and if your child has special dietary needs such as pedia sure or is allergic to milk and need soy milk or goats milk (pasterized) they also offer farmers market checks to get free fresh produce from local farmers until your children reach age 5

well my daughter gets milk, cereal, juice, peanut butter, eggs, cheese. they will do an assessment to see if your child is ready for regular milk and juice.
