I love corridos and I like all these groups but which one do you think is best.

It all depends on personal taste, you can't really say one's better than the other, or that a genre of music sucks, one should be open to different types of music, but if you're talking about popularity it would be either Los Razos or Los Originales de San Juan (but Razos are the ones you hear most about)

Not to be mean but Corridos sucks, I'm Hispanic and i have a lot of Mexican friends that music just get me headaches .. . . but I heard (from them) that Los Moros are better

Give Grupo Exterminador a try. They're awesome. Listen to "Contrabando en los huevos" if you can find it.
Off of your list, I'd have to say Los Razos are my favorite.
