How to ask out an older man?

I'm 20 years old and i'm mostly interested in older men. They are just the kind of guys i'm attracted to. My problem is that i think it puts me at a disadvantage, because i'm usually considerably younger then the men i'm into. So i was wondering, what would be an acceptable way of letting an older man know that i'm serioulsy interested in him. Most of the ones i've gone out with can't seem to grasp the fact that i like them! I need help.

I work in a Hospital so i know a lot of people there and i meet a lot of people everyday. This one guy that i really want to ask out has known me since i was hired three years ago, so he knows my approximate age. I'm pretty mature hence the reason i'm into older men. I'm just worried he sees me now as the little 17 year old i once was...so not true

Just treat him like any other guy… age doesn't matter... There either going to be flattered that u like them, or a little intimidated... tell him u like him and that age doesn't bother you and go from there... if he likes you everything will just happen

If a younger woman ask me I'll feel great. I don't see a problem with that.

But do I take it seriously, it depend on if she is emotional mature. Is she going to school and working hard toward a goal or just a party girl that is just F***ing around. Most men sees a 20 year old as a party girl who just want to find an older man to get knock up and start a "happy" family and that don't usually happen.

Hmm... how do you meet these men? I mean, do they KNOW you are so much younger? Because you could just meet them and get to know them and spend time with them, and you wouldn't ever really NEED to talk about the age issue, unless he brought it up. If you don't ACT your age, men probably will assume you are as mature as your personality. I mean, definitely don't LIE about it, but there's no need to discuss it, is there? And please keep in mind, it is going to be hard for any man over the age of 26 or so to take a relationship with such a young woman seriously... you get much older than that, and they are gonna be in it for the physical aspect, and not much else. (Obviously that is a generalization, but true in MOST cases).

Just be honest with them. Ask them out and if they start to say your too young just tell them your age and that if they aren't interested then that is fine but that you are really attracted to them regardless of the age difference.

I believe you. I am an older man. Just say, "hey, do you want to go out on a date with me?" I would be flattered. Most men would, even if they could not say "yes."

you can LIKE them from afar,but you can't actually ask them out. they are more stronger physically and at a whole differently entire stage of growing up then you.he is older and he will take advantage of you.don't do it.

Good question, actually.
Ask them questions, like... "are you married"...
If they say yes... say "happily?"
If they say no... say "are you into younger women ??"
They will get the idea...
