It can't be too expensive (around 10-20 dollars a plate is good.)
She loves seafood and also italian food. Any suggestions?

I would recommend being a little more romantic and taking her to Romeo's on Barton Springs. It has a nice atmosphere, and it is an Austin original, not a national chain.

The prices fall perfectly in your price range, and you will get plenty to eat.

Take her to the olive graden. She'd love it. Or for see food(they got burgers and bbq there too) Green Masqueat. I'm sure whatever you pick will she'll love it.

Take her to Olive garden. They have pretty good italian food! I love this cake they have there... chocolate lasagne cake!! It's awesome!!!!! You can also get a nice glass of wine there.

or...red lobster?? its sea food. OR, you can be awesome and take her to FUDRUCKERS. You know that resteraunt? The food isnt cheap like Mc Donalds though.
