Maybe she just wants to be friends and doesn't feel romantic towards you. I had guy friends that I loved to hang around with but wouldn't have given a thought to being romantic with them. If you value the friendship I wouldn't push her or you may lose the hanging around time. I know its hard for you guys to know that a girl loves you like a brother but it happens.

I have been in this same situation just the other way around, even if she doesnt have "those" feelings for you doesnt mean you guys should stop hanging out, it means she really cares about you as a friend, and has a great time being around you. But i wouldnt just go and kiss her, it may make the situation for you both very unconfortable because what if she doesnt kiss you back. I would first just talk to her and see if her feelings had possibly changed over the year. Maybe she does like you now since you spend so much time together and do things. Good Luck.

You should definitely ask first. She may like to hang out with you but not be interested in dating you. It's hard when you're single to entertain yourself. If the two of you are interested in the same things, then you might just be a great friend to her. Before you talk about this, you have to be ready to accept that her feelings haven't changed and continue being close friends. However, her feelings may have changed, and this could turn into an amazing love affair.

dude ask her or kiss her dont let it drag out any longer or your just gonna hurt yourself in the end she may just like the attention and only wants you as a friend if she doesnt like you she dont know what she's missing i say this cuz the same crap happened to me and it sucks so find out now and find someone that will truely appreciate what you do for them

Escalate contact with her. You have to be ready to lose her as a friend, if you want her as more. Start with massages or holding hands. Then progress towards sex slowly.

You can talk to her about it, but be prepared for the "just friends" speach.
