Yep, that counts as stalking. Tell him that you do not want to have any further communication with him, and if he tries to contact you again you will go to the police and get a restraining order. That usually sends 'em packing.

The legal definition depends on the state you are in. Generally, if you want the police to do something about him then you must be able to articulate what is annoying and alarming about his behavior. Just because he sends you and email, that doesn't mean he is a stalker. Just ignore the emal and block the address. Don't delete the email, you may need that as evidence later on. If he continues to create new email addresses to contact you, you might have a case for stalking then.

Best thing for you to do is change your email address. If he is going to those lengths to keep in touch with you then I would say yes he is a stalker and you need to report him to the authorities.

Chances are yes... he is obsessed with you. Tell your friends and family about him and make people aware to the fact that he is doing that. Also, be careful i was stalked before and it was dangerous. NEVER under estimate a stalker...
