make her laugh at first to relax her, maybe go down to her area while she is still wearing shorts and stick your mouth in the "area" and blow air out of your mouth with your lips closed to make your lips vibrate (kinda like you would on a baby's stomach) and move your head left to right while your doing it, it should feel good to her and make her laugh at the same time, then just make out with her for a little while.

1st try jogging in place.
2nd maybe some light stretching.
