I would like to be at least an average size for my health. Also when I tend to run/walk right after I am hungry again.

Well my advise is:

Drink alot of water, don't drink sodas, and all that junk, even watch for gatorade, because it might give you energy but it has calories, i believe there is one that don't have calories.

Drink 2 full cups of water before eating, this will make your belly more full before you eat, and you will eat less.

Always excercise for at least 20-30 minutes a day!

Eat healthy foods, nothing fried, always grilled or baked, Watch your calories, like have 1500 calorie diet and you should be fine.

Forget Fast food. Always make stuff at home!

EAT every 2 hours, this way it keeps your metabolism running good and you wont be hungry, but EAT healthy stuff! lol
example: Fruits, Veggies, non-calorie snack.

Trust me it works!

Sometimes when you feel like you're hungry even when you've eaten enough, you are really thirsty and should drink some water.

Eat apples. They make you feel full longer because it takes so long to digest the high fiber content.

Beans are also filling, like refried beans mixed with cheese and salsa. That's a good, satisfying snack.

Peanut butter crackers will stave off hunger for a couple of hours between meals. They're a lifesaver. I used to not like them, until I realized how helpful they are when you're hungry and can't eat.

1. Drink a big glass of water when you get hungry. Sometimes you feel hungry, but your body just needs water.

2. Eat more bulky foods like fruits and grains...they fill up your stomach and you don't feel hungry.

3. What food do you eat? If you eat junkfood, you aren't getting enough nutrition in all those empty calories, and you will keep getting hungry. Eat more useful food....meat, beans, veggies, fruit, milk. Cut back on chips and fast food and sugar. Drink less pop and cut back on caffeine if you drink it.

4. If you are still hungry, eat! If you aren't overweight, your body wants more calories.

fiber helps make you feel full. foods high in fiber, or even fiber pills ( along with water ) will keep you feeling fuller without adding more food ( fiber is not absorbed in your body)

also, carb food passes faster than protein foods
if you eat a lot of bread and pasta, you will be hungry faster than if you ate some meat, or something higher in protein.

too, when you are hungry, get a lite something before its an emergency.
a little snack while you can control it is better than a huge splurge after you've been fightingit for a few hours.

Try drinking more water. It fills you up till your next meal time. Also if you are not big on fruits/veggies you can drink V-8 or other juices to help get your daily dose of them. Just watch the sugar level.

Have you ever been checked for diabetes? That could make you feel hungry all the time. Maybe you should get it checked out.

Since you are always hungry, there has to be something msising in your life. No one can be that hungry. What are you missing in your life/ Could it be money or love? If we need food to satisfy our hunger, we are missing something emotionally.
