I used to work at a computer store, where we had many people look for this cable, and the answer my supervisor told me is "There is no such thing". From what I know, this cable doesn't even exist.

If your asking "can I hook my camcorder firewire port to my PC USB and expect to download digital video?", the answer is no.

yes these cables come mostly with digital cameras and some mp3 players and cell phones such as the nextel i870/i875
