I work out at Curves 3 times a week and walk 4 miles daily. I am 62 and cannot get my metabolism going.

I had excellent results from the Adipex (Phentermine) and kept the weight off afterwards. I lost 12 lbs the first month, 8 the next, and then for the next 6 months it stayed between 5-9 lbs per month til I reached my goal. Gives you lots of energy and doesn't make you feel hungry.
