Rinse your mouth with 1/2 Benadryl Elixir and 1/2 Cherry Mylanta. Do this for at least five minutes. It works great.

There might be some pain for a few days!! Don't worry it will go away soon. Try sucking on cold foods, that will help draw the heat out and help it to heal!

rinse your mouth with warm salt water, and just wait a day or 2 - your mouth is actually the fastest-healing part of your body, but I'm sure it doesn't feel like it right now!
