I like her ALOT and she thinks of us as friends cause she is uncomfortable with dating friends. So what should I do or say to change her mind I would do anything.

Evidently you haven't learned 'womenspeak' yet.
When you get that "I just want to be friends" line, that really means "No way in hell do you have a shot at this, so dream on."
Sorry dude, I know that this wasn't what you wanted to hear, but that's the truth.
And don't worry about trying to change her mind, it isn't going to happen. There are plenty of other girls out there my man, go for it and quit obsessing about this one. You've still got a lot going for you.

dude.. you need to understand something.. a woman decides if she is going to sleep with you within the first 3 minutes of meeting you.
You (unfortunatly) have been relegated to the "just friends" status.
There really isn't anything you can do or say that will change her mind. If you want to spend the time.. you can just BE there for her..and maybe (like in a few years) she will see that you are "worthy" of being dating material.. but don't hold your breath.

Unfortunatly, since you guys are friends, she probably knows a lot about you and feels that although you are a great guy, you are not her type for dating. Therefore there is nothing you can do to try to make someone like you in "that way". Be cool, so you can still be friends and focus your attention elsewhere, so that you will find another girl that IS interested in you for dating.

If you liked her ALOT then you would just go with her feelings and not try to mess around with her feelings by kind of forcing her to say yes to you.

Most of the time when a girl says she thinks of you guys as friends and dont like dating friends... She dont want to date you. Thats a girls way of letting you down easy.... Sorry dude!

She probably made up her mind about you when she first met you. The only thing you can do is show no interest at all in her and start seeing other girls. She probably knows she can have you, so change that perseption. If that dosn't work, you are already seeing other girls.
