Not really but think of the safety of your work colleagues!or if you have kids ,would you like seeing the school bus driver take your kids to school if he were drunk?Alcohol has been around for thousands of years and will still be there when you have spare time and it is safe to do so

It matters to you, so i would say yes it does matter. But if you are really drunk, think about calling in sick & taking the day off. Why punish yourself more?

Yes it certainly does, tomorrow you will still be under the influence and a danger to yourself and work mates. If you drive and get pulled you will fail a breath test.
Take a day off and not a sickie, that's immoral.
I have sent many workers home for coming to work still tipsie and told them not to come back for a week, they don't do it again.
