I am an illustrator and need to view a dog in severe pain.

Sorry, but even if this is for a good, legitimate reason like a professional journal or text, I doubt that anyone is going to provide you a list of websites. Most of us are pet owners and too tender-hearted to go searching for pictures like the ones you're requesting.
I'm afraid that's one Google search you're just going to have to do for yourself.

You wanna see dogs in pain? Just go to craigslist and click Erotic Services. Some of those dogs are seriously suffering.
