best way is to eat a balanced diet.. best way to supplement is to juice.. check out the Gerson Diet if you want to do that.. and finally vitamins are quick and easy but not as effective.

Eat a balanced diet, i.e. eat foods from each of the food groups. You should try to eat lots of fruits and veggies, especially the really colorful ones. Colorful fruits and veggies (like deep, dark greens, carrots, peppers, etc) are indications of high vitamin and mineral content. Also eat meat in moderation. Meat contains essential amino acids that you can't find in veggies, but you shouldn't eat too much of it.

The best way is to eat a healty diet. Vitamins and minerals are more easily absorbed from food than from pills and it is easier to make sure you are not getting an overdose if you don't take pills.

The best approach , of course is through the foods you eat -but in our fast paced world , we don't often do that . Vitamin supplements help , if taken daily . You have to check out what is best for you .
