Usually, you can just tell, but if you really are not sure and don't want to risk offending her then here is my advice. Usually, if a girl is stalling, like your at your place watching a movie and you both have to work the next day and the movie is over and it's getting late, but she is making no move to try to leave, it probably means she wants you to kiss her (or if you are walking her home and she stalls again at the door). You can also give her a kiss on the cheek first and see what she does, if she looks at you and smiles and keeps her face close, it's probably okay to try to give her a little kiss on the mouth. remember no one likes a wet, sloppy kiss either & brush & floss!

if ur a good bf u can just tell by the look in her eyes if u and her hold a gaze for more than like 5 seconds take the hint, she wants you, but leave her in suspesion for a few more seconds then go for it, or if shes all over u than that means she wants a kiss or if you guys r having dinner or something and she sorta looks away just from over the table give her a kiss and say that u love and want her-->very romantic
