I went into my room and turned my music on, made a fort underneath my bed, and read all my books over and over again until they stopped. Of course I was eight last time my parents were together. (I'm 22 now)

I'd suggest you stay out of it tho. Its not safe to get involved. An angry parent however much he or she loves you, is still human. If caught up in a fit of anger he or she may say something to you that hurts way more than it should.

I try to tune them out sometimes which is hard. I usually go for a walk, or go into my room. Getting out of the house is the best thing because by the time you get back things have usually cooled down.

Plan my escape. Make a list of all the things I'm going to do when I'm 18 and out of their miserable house. Plan my future. Decide what I want to do with my life. Research ways to do it. Get a part-time job if I was old enough and save money for my own place.
Study so I could get good grades and possibly a college scholarship.
Look at them and think, some people are so immature, they can't control their emotions and vow never to be like them.
Use headphones and listen to music while I planned my life.

Tell them that if they don't quit, you are going to run away. Tell them this is your home to and you want a peaceful environment.
