How do I remove 'smiley central' from my comp...?

If add remove doesn't work in control panel go 2 start all pgms and C if the pgm has an uninstall feature...elsewise delete delete delete from all locations on harddrive. Sometimes reinstalling the program and hitting Cancel B4 install creates roolbacks.

add remove programmes or try spybot search and destroy
