I have a female co worker who is a rude loud mouth. She says whatever is on her mind, politically correct or not, she doesn’t care. She is constantly taking jabs at me, like calling me” Baby di*ck” all because I forgot to lock the door to our unisex restroom and she walked in. She says it in front of other co workers who laugh; I guess the rumor has gotten around. I have spoken to my supervisor and I guess she hasn’t done anything because the girl is still mean to me. I was thinking of spraying her in the face with a super soaker full of piss. What are your thoughts? Yeah I will lose my job, but screw it.

Continue to ask her to stop. Make sure other people around you hear you tell her that. The comments are of a sexual nature and can be considered sexual harassment.

Document everything. This will be your evidence. Take note of what she said and who was around when she said it.

Go back to your supervisor and tell him/her that this person is still harassing you. If you don't get anywhere, go to your Human Resources Dept. Take your evidence with you. There may have been other complaints.

If you don't have a Human Resources Dept - go up the chain of command.

Are you employed in the U.S.? If so, you may be able to go to the EEOC. I found a link that might be helpful.

I read some of the other comments. Some suggested putting a laxative into some brownies. This can be considered assualt. You may want to pass on that suggestion.

Keep your dignity and do not respond to her. Ignore her totally. If this continues, go to your supervisor and let her know that you will go to the Labor Board and file a formal complaint if nothing is done about that other employees foul mouth and the constant harassment. Have each and every incident documented (who was present, what was said, time and date, etc; keep a journal). See an attorney and explain. Sue the company for allowing this kind of harassment. THAT's a better way of losing a job... when there's the potential of getting some compensation out of the ordeal, plus a good recommendation and commendation from them for your future employments!

The alternative is to go above your supervisor's head and authority. First, acknowledge that you are aware of the protocol but that it has not resulted in any positive change and you are now going through the proper "channels" before you seek legal recourse. THAT is one way to also get fired if the person is going to hush the problem under the rug... then go to the attorney.

Don't get violent or upset. Maintain your cool and maintain your role of "victim" where everyone will see and agree that you've taken a lot of ca-ca... and nothing was ever done to remedy the situation, and that you had no other means of correcting it.

Why should YOU be the one to lose a job over a lowlife? Anything you do in retaliation (spraying pee, making her get sick, etc) can get YOU arrested... it ain't worth it. Keep your dignity and get those in charge to do the responsible thing. Been there on two occasions... and I won on each.

This is abuse and if your supervisor won't handle it you should go over their head and all the way to your local labor board if necessary. The fact that you are considering retaliating and don't care about your job anymore is a clear indication that this is causing you mental anguish. If you really want payback and you can prove any kind of collusion between her and the super. or other co-workers(you'd need one friend on the inside as a witness)you could look up an attorney who specializes in this type of personal injury and show 'em what you're really made of when you've got a 'hard on' for a good cause-yourself! :)

I myself am a rude loud mouth. A lot of time, i don't even know that I'm being rude. I just think it's funny. That's until people started telling me that what i'm saying is hurtful. hearing that was like a punch in the face because i had NO idea. Maybe just talk to her one on one and let her know that she's not funny all the time and she's hurting people's feelings. For some people it's hard the draw the line between sarcasm and actually hurting/offending people. I know that I watch what I say a lot carefully now. and hopefully, she will too.

Tell someone at the corporate office of whatever company you work for. If that doesn't work, get a lawyer and have that lawyer come up to your job while you are not present and tell your boss (your lawyer should have a subpoena in their hand saying that the boss AND the coworker who harassed you should show up in court) that you WILL be taking them to court to sue them for slander and harrassment. And if THAT doesn't work, apply for another job and DON'T quit your job until another company hires you. After you get another job, THEN you can catch that ***** in the street (AT LEAST five or six miles away from your former workplace) and while she has her back turned, unzip your pants and take a piss on her!

If your company does not respond to your complaint and ignores the issue, then you have the right to seek legal counsel. Document everything she does to you and try to write everything word for word. If you have different supervisors, approach hers and see what happens. If you have a HR department, submit a complaint to that department. Or submit a claim to all parties involved if necessary. She should be repremanded because that could be considered sexual harassment and at the least inappropriate business behavior.

Whatever you decide, don't lower yourself to her level. Let her be the office jack@ss and her behavior put her in a place she does not want to be, perhaps in unemployment.

Spraying urine will not only cause you to lose your job, but you can have a lawsuit as well. I have the same problem at work with the exception of her calling me names. No one does anything, not even my boss because she goes straight to the union and claims she's done nothing wrong and everyone is out to get. In your case, I would file for sexual harassment or discrimination suit against your company.

Look it up and good luck.

Call a lawyer or go higher up the ladder to your supervisor's boss.

BY LAW, a company MUST act immediately on ANY sexual harassment issue.

Normally this amounts to IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the perp.

You don't have to be a victim. And women aren't the only victims.

If you lose your job, Definitely call a Lawyer !!!!!

It's sexual harassment and I would tell your boss that if he doesn't do something about this harassment, then you are going higher up. Explain to your supervisor that this is not a healthy working environment and this girl is acting very up professional. This is horrible, this is your work place, not the playground!

I feel sorry for you, I hope it works out.

Bring it up with your supervisor again. If she still doesn't take action, go above her and meet with her boss. This is sexual harrassement and should not be tolerated. Your supervisor will be in big trouble for not doing anything about it.

Don't do anything on your own. "Two wrongs don't make a right." You don't want to get in trouble for bad conduct yourself.
